Rogue Canopies Front Mount Canopy Air Vents are a low profile, universal bolt-on product designed to allow clean airflow to your canopy or box, while restricting dust and water ingress.
By allowing air to flow in and out of your canopy, you’ll create a positive pressure environment that reduces the likelihood of dust being sucked in through gaps and seals in your canopy.
NEW FEATURES OF THE V2 DESIGN

The air filter is now easily removable from the inside of the canopy without the need to access the external bolt heads. The exterior plates are now fixed in place with Nyloc nuts before the filter housing is attached with separate plain nuts.

HOW IT WORKS
The design is simple but effective, with two externally mounted plates separating out most of the solid objects like dust, bugs and water before air makes it through to the filter.
The filter is mounted on the inside and has its own seal, which is held firmly against the internal wall, forcing air to pass through it before entering the canopy. The filter is a flat panel style, pleated paper filter with a seal on the face side, which is suitable for preventing dust ingestion.
THE 12V FAN
Having the 12v fan mounted to the back of the vent, increases airflow and circulation inside the canopy.
The included fan is not a typical computer fan, it’s a dust resistant, high flow 102CFM unit which is better suited for the application and environment.
For most people with a dual cab or space cab sized canopy, we suggest using two vents and if you are thinking of adding the fan kit, our recommendation would be to start with one vent with fan as the intake, and one non-fan vent as a passive intake/exhaust.
Fan kits are also sold separately so can always purchase a standard vent and add a fan later if required.
FRONT MOUNT VS. SIDE MOUNT VENTS
We have two variations of this vent, a front mount and a side mount. Both are identical in appearance and design except for the louver plate, which is orientated differently to suit the application.
The front mount vent is our best seller, and what we recommend to most people. It is designed to be on the front of the canopy/box with the flat face of the external cover plate facing forward in the direction of travel.
The side mount vent is designed to be mounted on the side of a box or canopy door.
Neither of these should be mounted flat/horizontally on the roof.

These vents have been designed to work in an upright position on the front of the canopy/caravan/camper. We do have a side vent variant now available.
Notes: The photos showing the vent fitted to a canopy are a non-bolt on design that these vents are based off, so while the concept is the same for these bolt-on units, the difference is that the louvered panel will also be bolted onto the front under the external cover.
